Not so. Kraken gives that number to the whole sleeve, all six tablets together. Look to the sleeve itself for anything finer.

Is this the same as whole leaf?

No. Kraken files it with its extracts, not its leaf. Whole leaf is sold by weight of leaf; this is sold by its MIT figure, and the two are not to be weighed against each other.
