Kratom Capsules
A kratom capsule is leaf, or now and then extract, measured into a shell ahead of time and sold by the count. Ours are mostly leaf, from Tusk, OPMS Silver and Whole Herbs, with a few extract capsules from OPMS and Tusk that are labeled in another way. Every product page links to the manufacturer's Certificate of Analysis.

Whole leaf capsules and extract capsules
Most of what you will find here is plain ground leaf, capsuled. A handful are extract capsules instead, concentrated and labeled by milligrams of mitragynine (MIT): the Tusk Gold 110 mg and Tusk Platinum 178 mg, along with the OPMS pair, Gold and Black. The product type is noted on each page, and it repays a careful look.

Capsules or loose powder
Capsules come ready-filled and are counted out. Loose powder is sold by weight, and you measure it out yourself, as a tea drinker might. Our guide to capsules versus powder weighs up the two.
Frequently asked questions
Are all capsules made the same way?
Not at all. Leaf capsules hold ground leaf, while extract capsules hold a concentrate and state its mg MIT. Every product page states which kind it is.
How many capsules should I order?
A smaller count costs less up front and lets you get to know a strain; a larger count usually works out cheaper per capsule.
Can I see a lab report?
Yes. On each product page you will find a link to the maker's lab certificate (COA), or a note on how to ask for it. Find the lot or batch code on your package and match it to the one on the report; if you would like a hand, our plain guide to kratom COAs is there to help.
